Process

  1. You place an order on Sveatobacco.com
  2. As soon as you have confirmed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
  3. We will send your products in one or several envelopes or boxes, depending on what you have ordered. Orders sent by UPS are being sent in a cardboard box.
  4. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our distribution center.
  5. Times of delivery depend on the destination. With UPS you will be able to track your order via a tracking link included in your order confirmation. The link can also be found within your customer account’s order history.
  6. UPS require an adult signature upon delivery of your order, so please ensure that an adult is available to take receipt of your package at your selected shipping address. As “Adult 21” is the only available option, the person signing for an UPS package will have to be at least 21 years old.

Svea Tobacco only offers UPS as a shipping alternative.

Shipping address

It is extremely important that your address is correct and complete. We are not to be held liable if a shipment gets lost or is being delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect or incomplete address. 

Estimated delivery times serve only as guidance, and we cannot be held responsible or issue refunds / replacements for any delays caused by a shipping agent, postal service or the customs clearance process.

Costs

Shipping costs depend on package weight and destination. All shipping costs will be presented to you within the checkout process.

Additional information

Adult signature – All UPS Express delivery orders require the signature of an adult upon delivery, to ensure the age of the customer. For US orders the age limit is 21 years old.

Different Stock Availability – If you have selected items with different availability times, we will dispatch your order as soon as all items are ready for shipment.

PO Boxes – Please note that we do not ship UPS Express to PO box addresses.

DDP – We use DDP – Delivery Duty Paid – for all orders to the United States of America.

Shipping to a Temporary Address – We strongly advise against ordering while on holiday, unless you are staying for at least two months after placing the order. There is always a risk of delay that is out of our control such as custom clearance or delays with postal service. We will not reship or refund orders that are sent to a temporary address.
